CANCELLATION and Refund POLICY

CANCELLATION POLICY:

=>The Cancellation Policies of the Hotels are dynamic and may change from time to time. The

Cancellation policy of the Hotel may change in the interim period of booking and date of stay of

the

Guest. The Cancellation Policy prevailing at the time of check in/cancellation of the booking by

the Customer will be the applicable policy.

=>Hotels being booked may have their own cancellation policy and may charge user

accordingly.

=>In the event of Cancellation the money shall be debited from your credit card directly by the

Hotel as per Cancellation Policy of the Hotel.

=>Cancellations can be done online as well through our call-centre.

=>Only those cancellation requests which are made either email, fax or Registered Mail shall be

entertained. The Company shall not be liable to entertain any cancellation requests made

directly to the hotel without intimating the Company and also through any other medium

including, but not limited to, SMS or e-mail.

=>If you don‟t show up at the hotel, you‟ll still be charged the entire amount and hotel has right

to claim full amount of booking OR as per its will.

MODIFICATIONS & REFUNDS:

=>The company do not accept amendment request to the hotel reservation if the check in is

within 48 Hours.

=>The Company doesn‟t support changes and modifications to online bookings once they‟re

made.

=>All the refunds shall be done by the Hotel directly to you and the Company is not responsible

to ensuring any refunds whatsoever.

=>Your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank

account.

Cancellation Refund and General Policies:

Cancellation and Refund Policy for a tour package / individual service such as hotel or

car etc.:

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations will only be accepted in writing via email, fax or correspondence letter.

Cancellation charges (calculated on total package amount / individual service cost) will be

applicable as follows:

15% if Cancellation request is received more then 60 days prior to tour start date.

25% if Cancellation request is received up to 59 to 45 days prior to tour start date.

30% if Cancellation request is received up to 44 to 30 days prior to tour start date.

50% if Cancellation request is received up to 29 to 7 days prior to tour start date OR Travel date

is between 25th December to 1st January.

75% if Cancellation request is received up to 6 to 3 days prior to tour start date.

100% if Cancellation request is not received more then 2 days prior to tour start date.

100% if in case of International Packages.

100% in case of no show (you don‟t check in hotel on scheduled check in date or you don‟t start

your package without cancelling it).

Cancellation charges will be calculated on the basis of date we receive your written cancellation

request.

Postpone / Prepone of your tour program will be treated as cancellation of previous package

and booking of new package and it is subject to availability. 50% discount will be provided in

Cancellation charges for postpone / prepone of a tour program.

Refund Policy:

Your advance deposit after deducting cancellation charges will be refundable to you.

Refunds will be made between 1st to 7th of every month for all cancellations requested in last

90 days
