Day By Day Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Trivandrum

Get to Trivendrum. Free time for relaxing upon arrival.

Day 2: Trivandrum - Jatayu Center - Trivandrum

Visit the Padmanabh Swami Temple, the Raja Ravi Varma Art Gallery, and the Napier Museum in the morning (depending on closure). Later, go to the Jatayu Earth Center to see the statue symbolizing women's protection and honor. Ride a cable car to the biggest bird sculpture in the world.

 

Day 3: Trivandrum - Kanyakumari

Continue on to Kanyakumari. Visit Gandhi Mandapam, Tri-Samudra Milan, Kanyakumari Mandir, and the Kanyakumari Wax Museum while traveling. See the meditation hall and smarak at Swami Vivekanand Rock Memorial via ferry. A unique opportunity to wander above the ocean and take in the city's splendor is provided by the 77-meter-long and 10-meter-wide Glass Bridge, which links the Vivekananda Memorial with the Thiruvalluvar statue.

Day 4:  Kanyakumari - Rameshwaram

Continue on to Rameshwaram. Cross the Pamban Bridge. Visit the Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Museum when you first arrive.

Day 5: Rameshwaram - Madurai

We visit the renowned Ramanathan temple, a masterpiece of Dravidian architecture, after taking a sacred bath at 22 Teertham Sanam and doing Sphatik linga Darshan in the early morning. Visit Dhanuskodi, also known as Vibhishan Temple. Proceed to Madurai later. Spend the evening at Meenakshi Temple, which is renowned for its elaborate, vibrant carvings of gods, goddesses, animals, and mythological characters on the Gopurams (towers) in Madurai.

Day 6: Madurai - Thekkady

Continue on to Periyar. Arrive at Periyar Lake and have a boat tour of the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (subject to availability). Enjoy the evening's Kairali entertainment.

Day 7: Thekkady - Munnar

Take pleasure in Kumily Spice Village shopping. Continue on to Munnar, a well-known South Indian hill station. Get to Munnar at nightfall.

Day 8:  Munnar Sightseeing

At Mattupetty Dam, take pleasure in a speedboat ride. See the Tea Garden, Eravikulam (Rajamalai) National Park, and Echo Point.

Day 9: Munnar - Kochi

Continue on to Kochi. Visit the Dutch Palace, the Jewish Synagogue (subject to operations), St. Francis Church, and the Chinese Fishing Nets when you first arrive.

Day 10: Departure from Kochi

Take the train or plane back to your hometown. The tour is over.
